Journey into Yourself Retreats

I am honored to invite you for the retreat to a monumental palace surrounded by pristine nature, where you can find balance, peace, vital energy, and inspiration to live to the fullest potential and to embrace your essence. Strengthen your body, still the mind, and feed your soul with the nectar of love to fully celebrate the most magnificent gift we have – the gift of life in harmony with nature.

 

I invite you on the Journey into Yourself, where you can re-establish an intimate relationship with yourself, Mother Nature, embrace the abundance all around you, and more importantly - within you. On the journey I would love to guide you to the depths of your heart, to understand how the mind works and how you can manifest your dreams.

Synchronize with the natural powers of the Universe, clear the mind, and purify the essence of your being to reconnect with your roots and unblock the flow of the prana – the life-force energy. Unblocking the energy will help you to find the connection between mind and matter and feel the universal vibration of existence.

 

I would love to share very special space with you so you can reestablish an intimate relationship with yourself, Mother Nature, embrace the abundance all around you, consciously surround with powers of life – force energy and vibrations, synchronize with Earth’s magnetic poles, and so you can always feel as at home within your inner sanctuary.

Daily grounding, yoga, meditation, harmonization with nature, vegan nourishment, sacred ceremonies honoring Mother Earth, healing rituals, and inspiring discussions will awaken your senses, motivate you to delight in your daily life and help to coincide with the Cosmic powers. Allow yourself for a mental, physical, and spiritual detox. Nourish your mind and body. All meals are vegan cooked with love to nourish every cell of your body.

I invite everyone regardless of physical condition or yoga practice experience. We would like to inspire those, who are not familiar yet with the subjects and to deepen practices for those, who have the experience already.

 

It is also an amazing opportunity to meet with Czesław Lang and Elżbieta Lang, to listen to motivational lectures about a healthy and active lifestyle, vegan diet, ecological detoxification, and Gerson Therapy, and about extraordinary sports experiences of Czeslaw Lang, who is the first professional cyclist in Polish history and a silver medalist on Olympic Games. The retreat takes place in Eko Folwark, which is home to Elżbieta and Czesław Lang.

We offer two options of the retreat Journey into Yourself: 8 days long and an intense 5 days long. Find more details of each option in the schedule below.
